This website is operated by AVC DOTFY LLP, Baner Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. By browsing it or submitting an enquiry you accept these terms.

We sell custom software engineering, AI automation and related consulting services delivered by our team. We do not sell downloadable products, licences of third-party software, or guaranteed rankings, revenue or business outcomes.

Figures shown on this site (delivery timelines, ratings, case study metrics) describe past work for specific clients. They are illustrative, not a promise of identical results for your business.

Submitting a form does not create a contract. It is a request for a consultation. Any price band mentioned on a call is indicative until we issue a written fixed-scope proposal.

A proposal is valid for 30 days from issue and becomes binding only when both parties sign it or its linked statement of work.

Fees, milestones and payment terms are defined in the signed proposal or statement of work. Invoices are payable within 15 days unless the agreement states otherwise. Applicable GST or local taxes are charged in addition.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days' written notice. You pay for work completed and accepted up to the termination date; any unused advance is refunded within 30 days.

Consultation calls are free and carry no obligation.

On full payment for a milestone, you own the source code, designs and documentation produced for you under that milestone.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, internal tooling and generic know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them within your delivered system.

Website content, brand marks and case-study material remain the property of AVC DOTFY LLP or the respective client.

Information you share during scoping is treated as confidential. We sign a mutual NDA on request and name clients publicly only with written permission.

Delivered systems carry a defect-fix warranty for the period stated in the signed agreement. The warranty covers defects against the agreed specification; it does not cover new features, third-party outages or changes made by others.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected milestone. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement.
