AVC DOTFY LLP (trading as DOTFY) is a software engineering and business automation company with delivery offices in Pune and Bengaluru, India, and a client office in Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for information submitted through this website.

Information you give us: name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, project scope, indicative budget, timeline and anything you type into the brief field of an enquiry form.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and advertising click identifiers (such as Google Ads GCLID) through cookies and similar technologies.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope and cost estimate, and schedule a consultation call.

To measure which campaigns and pages generate genuine enquiries, so our advertising budget is spent honestly. This includes conversion measurement in Google Ads and Google Analytics.

To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations once you become a client.

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box on a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@dotfy.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the request.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Ever.

We share limited data with service providers that operate our business: cloud hosting, email delivery, CRM, and analytics/advertising measurement platforms. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

Data is stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, role-based access and audit logging. Our delivery practices are aligned to ISO/IEC 27001 controls and we sign mutual NDAs on request.
